THERAPY FOR DIVORCE/SEPARATION

Pain, confusion, anger, happiness?
The end of a relationship can be incredibly painful and confusing. You and your spouse may find yourselves scrambling to redefine yourselves outside of your role in your partnership. The loss of the relationship can feel debilitating and communication can seem a near impossibility. Family dynamics can be incredibly hard to juggle and continuing to shield loved ones from your pain can be exhausting.
Looking back into the relationship and understanding its journey and your roles within it can be incredibly healing, but there may be so much suffering, that this task cannot be addressed alone. I strongly recommend that you do not face this isolating task alone, and recommend you have a therapist by your side at this time to help you parcel out these feelings and move toward strengthening and growth.
